Job Description

NetCentrics is looking for an experienced Information Assurance Program Manager to join the Coast Cyber Command.  Candidate must be familiar with vulnerability management scanning programs (ACAS, Nessus, HP Web Inspect, SCAP and SRR Scripts) including Blue Team assessment functions in a large enterprise environment, experienced in DISA’s CMRS tool in a large enterprise network, have a firm understanding in the overall Vulnerability Management Processes and Lifecycle and experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle.  Candidate must understand reporting of vulnerability of system compliance according to DoD and DHS policy and procedures.


  • Serve as the Program Manager for an Information Assurance contract.
  • Provide oversight of Task Order as a whole and ensure PWS requirements are met.
  • Meet Task Order Deliverables.
  • Attend weekly and ad hoc meetings with the Government.

  • Serve as the senior technical lead overseeing functional groups providing Web Application Security, enterprise scanning, CCRI/CCROI coordination, SharePoint portal development and compliance & reporting activities.
  • Assist with the processing and reporting requirements of DoD/DISA Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) and DHS Information Security Vulnerability Management (ISVM) programs to include Coast Guard Task Orders (TASKORD) and Operational Orders (OPORDS)
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of Information Assurance (IA) policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Identify and report gaps in the existing IA policy and procedures and provide recommendations.
  • Oversee and peer review documentation creation to detail processes, procedures, etc. for all team activities.
  • Provide oversight to SharePoint Administrator and tasks performed including creation, design and development activities to support reporting requirements leveraging SharePoint across the entire organization.
  • Administratively manage NetCentrics team members (timecards, leave, review/appraisals, interviews, etc.)
  • Client-facing monthly reports as well as a quarterly IPR report and presentation.
  • Project Management experience desired.
  • Ability to review tasks performed by team members, review requirements of the task order, recognize weaknesses, develop solutions to issues and propose plans to the Government.


  • 7+ years IA or cyber experience required.
  • 4+ years managing programs or task orders.
  • Certified as a CSSP-M (CISSP:ISSMP or CISM and CISSP) – Required (must have within 6 months of start).
  • Certified as a IAT III (CISSP or CISA or CASP) – Required for functional role (must have within 6 months of start).
  • PMP Certification – Desired.
  • Project Management experience desired.
  • Ability to review tasks performed by team members, review requirements of the task order, recognize weaknesses, develop solutions to issues and propose plans to the Government.
  • Knowledge of tools such as HBSS, SCCM, ACAS (NESSUS), CMRS, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of DOD and DHS Policies, understanding of various cyber roles including; Certification & Accreditation, Audit, Governance, and Security Engineering.
  • Must be a team player, a proven leader, a Mentor, a multi-tasker.
  • Active Secret Clearance and must be Top Secret clearable.
