NetCentrics is currently searching for a Sr Desktop VTC System Technician to work onsite at the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), a direct reporting unit that conducts intelligence, security and information operations for U.S. Army commanders and national decision makers. INSCOM is headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This position will be supporting an INSCOM group at Ft. Bragg NC.

The successful candidate will work on INSCOM’s Visual Information(VI)/Multi-Media Engineering Support Contract (VIMES).

This opportunity requires a BA/BS in Information Technology field or equivalent experience, U.S. Citizenship and a TS/SCI with CI Poly eligibility security clearance. 

This is a full-time position that requires an estimated 5% travel requirement. 

Job Description:


The contractor shall manage Desktop Video Teleconferencing (DVTC) Program in support of INSCOM’s command and control VTC Network. The contractor will ensure security, information assurance, DoD and Intelligence Community compliance.


Required Skills/Experience:


  • Must have 5-10 years current experience of performance in designing, installing, and configuring enterprise Desktop VTC deployments.
  • Must possess DoD 8570 IAT II certification.
  • Experience with ensuring DVTC network compliance is achieved; draft, publish and maintain system requirements and program documentation as appropriate; assist MSCs compliance with all regulations and guidance; and ensure devices are compliant with IA and SSO guidelines to include DISA STIG and IAVA compliance.
  • Experience providing DVTC subject matter expertise for customer organizations and providing research of new/ existing technologies and recommended solutions to improve mission capabilities
  • Experience providing operational support including installation, configuration, VTC technical support, network monitoring and training.
  • Must have working knowledge and experience configuring Tandberg/Cisco Codecs.
  • Understanding of basic networking and cable termination skills.
  • Experience with classified and unclassified IP video teleconferencing.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of audiovisual systems.
  • Knowledge of video teleconferencing systems.
