NetCentrics is seeking a Network Architect to support a major Cyber CMD customer site. This is a new opportunity on a rapidly growing, existing government contract.  The ideal candidate should have an extensive network engineering background within DoD and/or IC environments and be capable of performing architecture assessments, reviews, design, testing, reengineering, and deploying new solutions within the existing environment.  This is a phenomenal customer location and environment located in Alexandria, VA!

 

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

 

  • Plans security systems by evaluating network and security technologies; developing requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related security and network devices
  • Administrate site survey’s, designs and implements complex networks that typically link numerous computing platforms, operating systems and network topologies across widely dispersed geographical areas
  • Provides functional guidance, supervision, technical support, training and quality assurance/quality control to Government customers, and contracting team members
  • Supports senior staff as required and ensures customer requirements and project milestones are met

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development, design and implementation of new and ongoing training and development initiatives and programs to support the development of our employees.
  • Create and manage corporate training efforts such as compliance training, manager training, career development program and manager and leader development.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum learning effectiveness.

  • Manage annual performance evaluation process to include administration in HRIS/LMS, training and materials development. Support managers in the development of their employees through the review process by providing support and instruction in the creation of employee yearly goals, and objectives, tying them to the corporate strategy and through assistance in succession planning.
  • Manages process for goal setting for new hires and transfers including training
  • Design course materials and curriculums, instructor outlines, quick references, and class exercises. Provide job aids as takeaways for ongoing student application.
  • Identify and evaluate external training material or resources to support staff and training needs. 
  • Track training and skills for staff and department budgets.
  • Identify and facilitate internal certification study groups.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communication, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s Degree or related certification preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in developing and delivering instructional content in a corporate environment
  • Experience managing performance evaluation process
  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience, implementation experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in instructional and curriculum design for adult learners
  • Previous experience developing and leading Career Development and Leadership Programs preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with eLearning techniques, strategies, and development

The Windows Active Directory Architect will provide support to assigned operations; coordinate day-to-day operations; creating and implementing the domain level security policies such as authentication mechanisms; password policies and rules; IPSEC policies etc.; reviewing domain level rights and privileges and performs changes to the same as appropriate; managing and updating  Active Directory  schema;  Active Directory  Sites and subnets to include site replication; and maintenance in a critical enterprise-class servers.

 

This position is open only to candidates with an active Secret security clearance (Clearable to TS Level).  The candidate will be involved in maintaining multiple Active Directory (Active Directory ) forests. The ideal candidate is very technical with superior knowledge and experience in the areas of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, PowerShell, PKI and certificate based authentication and related hardware/software.

 

Specific Areas of Responsibility:

 

  • Provide guidance regarding changes to the Active Directory  schema
  • Manage and maintain standardized Organizational Units (OU) in Active Directory 
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory  custom attributes and security groups

NetCentrics is seeking a Cybersecurity Data Scientist to develop, execute on, and grow our market strategies and activities across the Federal / DoD market sector.  NetCentrics Cybersecurity Data Scientists is a unique role and his/her subject matter expertise will be leveraged across business development activities, direct program support when necessary, and providing strategic assistance with VIP level existing cybersecurity clients.  The Principal Cybersecurity Data Scientist will also add value in representing the company’s strategic objectives at industry events and may also participate in working groups providing thought leadership through writing papers, blogs, evaluating client plans, diagrams, and participating in R&D efforts.  A key area of strength will be the ability for the Cybersecurity Data Scientist to represent the company as “the go-to Data SME” for all proposals and contribute to innovation activities across the company.  The candidate will collaborate with NetCentrics management, business development; capture managers, proposal managers, our delivery team, and other subject matter experts to develop winning solutions that result in contracts and revenue growth.

 

Daily duties and responsibilities for the Cybersecurity Data Scientist include:

  • Contribute extensively to the maturation of company cyber and data science capabilities aligned to market and corporate experience

NetCentrics is looking for an experienced Information Assurance Reporting and Compliance Analyst to support our US Coast Guard contract working at the Coast Guard base in Alexandria, VA.  This position is open only to candidates with an active or recently inactive DOD Security Clearance.  Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Examine datasets and use investigative techniques to determine what systems are in compliance with or deviating from the known standard
  • Filter a dataset and conduct analysis in order to provide the Customer with an explanation based on potential scenarios proposed by the Government or the Analyst
  • Analyze data contained within multiple tools (e.g. HBSS, ACAS, etc.) and determine the potential attack surface of a vulnerability based on their understanding of the exploitability of the vulnerability and active and passive defenses used by the network
  • Differentiate between risk mitigation and risk remediation, the processes for each and how to manage and track both
  • Assist with the Coast Guard’s privileged user management program, and serve as support to stakeholders in the process.
  • Generate reporting and metrics related to the organization’s privileged user management program.
  • Perform audits of privileged users and end users to ensure recurring training requirements are completed in a timely manner, and provide reports detailing metrics on compliant/noncompliant users to CGCYBER.
  • Maintain datasets related to information systems and related data used by the field.
  • Conduct threat forecasting and research vulnerabilities (e.g. Securify, DeepSight, etc.) and communicate to senior leadership the network's susceptibility to that threat
